Electric Empire are a pop and soul band from Exeter, Devon.  We play a mix of classic soul songs and massive pop bangers from the last 40 years...basically all the good stuff to get a party going!

Electric Empire is made up of some of the top musicians in the South West.  Our members are nearly all music teachers, music graduates or Grade 8 players...or, in some cases, a combination of these!  The band includes players that have been part of a number of other festival and wedding bands and so know exactly what to do

to make these events pop.

We play at any event that needs an energetic band!  We specialise in weddings and parties, but we also play a few pub and club gigs throughout the year, which is a really good opportunity to see what we do if you are thinking of booking us for your event.

Electric Empire regularly play together.  At times though, due to outside circumstances, we need to get dep players to cover for us at a gig.  If this is the case for your event then don't worry, they will always be of the same standard as the usual player.  The musicians in Electric Empire are all seasoned performers, having played in a number of other bands around Devon and Somerset and we always bring in equally established musicians to dep for us if required.

You will get a top notch group of musicians playing classic party songs, bound to get your guests enjoying themselves and having a night to remember.  Unlike other bands, Electric Empire play innovative arrangements of well-known songs and feature several jaw-dropping medleys in the set to keep the energy up.  Electric Empire also use professional lighting to make our show stand out as well as a high spec PA to get the best sound possible.

No.  Electric Empire are a self-contained entertainment package.  We provide full PA and lighting for every show.  As a caveat to this, if your event takes place in a large space (a really big hall or a large outdoor space) please let us know when you make your booking enquiry so we can ensure we provide the right size package.
